Really enjoyed my first acupuncture treatment with Ocean. Explained what she was going to do and why. A good mix of massage soft tissue treatment alongside acupuncture needling. Have felt great the days afterwards and have not had any headaches. She mentioned there are alternative treatment methods if I was scared or needles which I appreciated. Highly recommend

I saw Dr. Mitch for muscle tightness on the right side of my neck and my back caused by years of poor posture while working. He was able to relieve the tension and address the discomfort. I really appreciated his care and expertise.
To top it off, very friendly and accommodating front desk staff! We even had a lovely chat about butter candles and weekend plans while I was waiting for my appointment, which made the experience feel even more welcoming.

Our family has been coming to Willoughby Family Chiropractic for chiropractic care and massage therapy for years, and we can't say enough good things about the team.
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly reception staff who make you feel welcome. We always enjoy catching up with them, and getting a few snuggles in with the office dog is an added bonus! The administrative side is seamless as well, with easy direct billing that takes one more thing off your plate.
Over the years, different members of our family have been supported by the team in meaningful ways. Miah was incredibly helpful when our daughter was experiencing significant inflammation related to what was later identified as a gluten allergy. Miah took the time to understand what was going on, provide thoughtful care, and support her through a challenging period.
Mitch helped my husband manage significant back pain and made a real difference in his comfort and mobility. I also see Terry monthly for massage therapy and always leave feeling better. Terry is skilled, professional, and genuinely invested in helping clients feel their best.

Highly recommend both Dr Mitch and Dr Emily for moms and babies! I saw Dr Mitch for my own chiropractic care following a new shoulder/upper back strain from bottle feeding and lifting my newborn. Dr Mitch took the time to assess and provide gentle care through his adjustments. He is very kind and personable and I will continue seeing him for “tune ups”!
My new baby also saw Dr Emily regularly for mild torticollis and favoring one side- he had made such improvement after only 1 adjustment and has continued improving through the last few months. Dr Emily is a kind human being and I enjoy our chats on a personal level as well! Her approach is safe, gentle, and she follows the cues from your child if they have had enough or are happy to keep going.
I truly appreciate both Dr Mitch and Dr Emily for making a difference in my family and am happy that I found such a welcoming clinic. Both receptionists are also top tier, we always look forward to seeing everyone at this office!

First off, hands down Dr. Mitch is fantastic - thank you for making me mobile again! My back feels 100% cause Dr. Mitch cares about getting you back to your daily activities safely and pain free. His caring and nurturing demeanour on my first visit was awesome and progress we made after only a few visits was excellent. If you are looking for a great human and Chiro, Dr. Mitch is your person, he'll get you back to feeling great in no time. Not to mention you'll be cared for very well by all the staff. I have gone to some good chiropractors and some not so good ones. I genuinely have to say on a scale of 1 to 10 Dr. Spooner is 1000!! He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and is gentle when he needs to be. I have and continue to see him for my back but thanks to him it’s now just to maintain as I am not in pain any more. I have recommended co-workers and also my mum who was suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain! Continued thanks to Dr. Spooner!

I’ve never gone to a chiropractor in my life until I needed it during my 3rd pregnancy. My pelvic pain had become unbearable and a friend suggested that I see one. I’ve seen Dr. Emily McManus and ever since then, I’ve been regularly seeing her for over 2 years now. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She takes her time to understand my concerns. She makes me feel comfortable and welcome during all my sessions, always so calm and positive. I am so glad to have found her.
